Before you begin
Before starting the uninstall process, ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Ideally connect to the local Wifi or use a good 4G/5G connection.
You can also temporarily disable an eSIM if you intend to use it again. Deactivating or disabling an eSIM will not extend the valid lifespan of the eSIM.
Uninstall an eSIM
-
Open the Settings app on your Fairphone device.
-
Tap on Network & Internet.
-
Tap on Mobile network.
-
Tap on Advanced.
-
Tap on Carrier.
-
Find the eSIM you want to uninstall and tap on it.
-
Tap on Remove or Delete.
-
If prompted, confirm that you want to uninstall the eSIM by tapping OK.
-
After following these steps, the eSIM should be uninstalled from your Windows device.
